Q: What if my order requires special instructions?

A: All order forms have a box below them to allow any special instructions to be sent in with your order.  If you feel that more explaination is required, feel free to email using the contact us form.

Q: How easy are vinyl letters to install myself?

A: Vinyl lettering is very easy to install, we send an instruction sheet for installation with every order. If you follow the steps in the instructions your vinyl lettering will have a professional look.

Q: What if I decide to later remove the vinyl lettering from its location?

A: Applying heat can aid in removing vinyl lettering, a heat gun is a good source of heat, be careful not to burn the surrounding areas.

Q: If I put the vinyl lettering on the outside of my car do I need to worry about washing my car?

A: No, our vinyl lettering is very durable and will withstand many car washes and poor weather if installed correctly.

Q: Can I rush an order if I need it sooner than the standard shipping times?

A: Yes, when placing your order check the box next to rush delivery and we will make your lettering within 24 hours and ship priority.
